The Randall County Sheriff’s Office realizes that there will be occasions when a citizen wants to lodge a complaint against an officer or staff member. There is a procedure in place at the Sheriff’s Office to handle these complaints. All complaints are investigated and answered.

To file a complaint, please print a copy of the complaint form available on this page. Please fill out all necessary and pertinent information and give as much detail as possible in the narrative portion of the form. If hand written, please write legibly.

Once you have completed the complaint form, your signature must be signed in the presence of a Notary Public or a sworn Randall County Sheriff's deputy.

Anonymous complaints will be courteously accepted but will only be investigated at the discretion of the administration.

* Racial Profiling * Racial profiling is not allowed or tolerated by the Randall County Sheriff’s Office. To report an incident of racial profiling, please use the same procedure as all other complaints.
