Sheriff Christopher Forbis

Sheriff Christopher Forbis is a lifetime resident of Amarillo and Canyon. After graduating from Amarillo High School, he attended West Texas A & M University and is a graduate of the Panhandle Regional Law Enforcement Academy at Amarillo College.

Sheriff Forbis has had the privilege to serve with the Randall County Sheriff's Office since 1992. He has worked in all areas of the office including corrections, patrol, investigations, personnel & training and administration. Sheriff Forbis is a strong believer in servant leadership and being involved in community activities.

He, his wife Loretta and family live in Randall County.
